How do you get your data?
We pull our data directly from several different government data sets. We then connect these datasets together, allowing us to provide cleaner data than anyone in the industry with zero error rate.
Is this the same as bill of lading information?
No. Services like Panjiva, Import Genius, and Import Yeti get raw ocean manifest data. While these datasets include bills of lading, they lack air and cross border imports. Additionally, importers can obfuscate their records, meaning some data is inaccessible.
What type of imports can you see?
We can see air, cross-border, and ocean shipments into the United States. For example, we can see shipments into top airports like JFK, LAX, Miami, amongst many others.
How will you display this data to us?
We offer basic filters across Brokers, Ports, and importers. On top of this, we support Power Queries and Saved Searches to allow you to narrow down your account list to a high level of specificity. You can also see whether importers leverage strategies such as FTZ, duty drawback, and others.
How does Power Query work?
Power Query allows you to ask complex questions like "Who are the Importers shipping into Laredo who use Livingston for at least 30% of their shipments?".
How does pricing work?
We charge a flat platform fee for basic access to the platform, with some additional features like Power Query costing more. On top of this platform fee, we charge small additional fees for each contact or importer you export.
Am I able to filter importers based on industry?
Yes, we enrich all of our data with firmographic information to help you target the customers you know how best to serve.
